Conditions of Membership - Naenae Hockey Club Constitution

To foster, promote, encourage and develop the playing and enjoyment of the game of hockey and other sports and activities.

To uphold and maintain the rules of the game of hockey as defined by the New Zealand Hockey Federation (Inc) or any successor body

Annual membership fees shall be paid by the 1^st of June; those not paid or under arrangement by the 1^st of July shall be deemed to be un-financial.

Any member bringing disrepute upon themselves and/or the club the withdrawal of membership shall be considered by the executive committee.

All property of the club provided for the exclusive use of the members shall be returned to the club at the completion of the season.  The member to whom the property was issued shall be liable for any damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of such property.  The amount of reparation shall be determined by the executive committee.

The Privacy Act 1993

The Privacy Act 1993 gives individuals the right to see and correct information about them.

Naenae College Old Boys Hockey Club (the Club) will ensure that information about you will be held securely.  The Club will not disclose the information to any other person(s), except for the purposes described below, or as authorised by you, or when required or authorised by law.

The information held by the Club will be used primarily for registration purposes and notification of events that may be of interest.
